Flight-AP10 Self-propelled Crack Digging machine
Flight-AP10 Self-propelled crack digging machine is mainly used for airport
runway joints maintenance. The device can effectively clean up the disabled
crackfiller and foreign object debris in the joints. No dust, without
polluting and damaging runway to meet the high demands of the airport on
environmental protection.
Flight-AP11 Vacuum Cleaner
Flight-AP11 vacuum cleaner is mainly used for airport pavement joints
maintenance. It can collect these old material strips placed on the road
cleaned out by crack digging machine into the dust box quickly and
efficiently for aggregate handling. It’s efficient, fast, and environmental
friendly, and reduces labor intensity.
Flight-AP12 Self-propelled Crack Cleaner
Flight-AP12 Self-propelled Crack Cleaner is mainly used for airport runway
maintenance. After Flight-AP10 cleaned up the aging materials inside the
joints, there may be some left and the joint wall is uneven. Flight-AP12
Self-propelled Crack Cleaner can finish the both sides to make new interface
for new crackfiller.
Flight-AP13 Self-propelled Moisture Remover
Flight-AP13 Self-propelled moisture remover is used for airport runway
joints maintenance. Its high-temperature and high pressure gas remove
moisture and debris in the joints to improve bond of joints and crackfillers
and increase the durability greatly.
Flight-AP15 Self-propelled Crack Sealing Machine
Flight-AP15 airport runway self-propelled crack sealing machine is mainly
used for airport pavement joints maintenance. The device uses high-precision
sensors for white, gray, black and other color room temperature materials
such as polyurethane, silicone and so on. Using pressure injection ensures
the filleting close bond with the joint wall. High-quality gear pump as
material pump has strong self-priming to high viscosity liquids, while there
can be stepless speed regulation, according to different construction to
adjust the flux conveniently.
Flight Series Polyurethane Sealant
Flight Series Polyurethane Sealant is an integrated polyurethane sealant
formed from the synergies and complementary material systems. With reference
to international norms, it’s designed specifically for airport runway with
overall performance in line with national standards. The material balance of
various performance configurations, adding a variety of advanced additives
such as: anti-aging additive, tackifiers, low-temperature flexibility
additive, anti-oil additive, make the performance of materials more reliable
and stable.
